It was good! Not great, but good! Calamari was a little chewy but good. The lobster rolls were yummy! Huge chunks of lobster. Didn't try dessert because we were full.

We're headed to Key West and stopped in for a beer and the blue cheese & chorizo fondue. Soooo good! Nice tiki bar theme , full bar, great food and fantastic views. Oh and cold beer! Yep, my favorite place on the way to Key West yet.

Awesome brunch! Went on a Sunday for breakfast and we ordered the banana foster french toast and the mojo cristo sandwich with $3 mimosas. Both were delicious and great portions. Service was great as well. Went to Blue Heaven in KW the day before for brunch and was disappointed so Kiki's definitely made up for it!

Been there about 4 times. Signed up for there rewards card because figured it'd be a great spot to hang out. Happy hour was decent but food is for what it cost into so much. Under portioned or very over seasoned. Ordered a blackened yellowtail snapper sandwich but took one bite and spit it out! It was tasted like it was breaded in blackening season. Tried the lobster mac n cheese and might of had a piece of lobster in a small bowl with basic penne pasta. Won't be back there after giving it quite a few tries. Great location just not the right people running it.

Stopped in for lunch and we were so impressed with ALL the food! The mojo pork sandwich was mouth watering. Mimosas were delish as well!! The staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!!

Let me start by saying i am a local. I think that changes the perspective considering i have tried every restaurant from Sugarloaf Key up thru Big Pine Key several times. I anxiously watched the rehab and awaited the opening of Kiki's since they have such a perfect location. First the good stuff: KiKi'Sand Bar has a spectacular view of the channel between Little Torch and Big Pine Keys. There is plenty of seats both indoor and outdoor, covered and uncovered, and even a manmade beach with picnic tables, corn hole, shade and palm trees. The beach area is dog friendly. The food is good, although high priced. The hummus is excellent as are the homemade chips. Fish tacos and burgers were also very good. Now the bad: KiKi's has a LOT of potential but, in my view, need to improve in several areas. First, they are not customer friendly/flexible at all. I have asked several times for a small taste of something prior to ordering it and paying the high price for something i did not like (ie. hummus). I have asked to have something on the side rather than on the sandwich and that was also a problem. Their wings are good but you cannot mix and match the flavors. You get 9 total of ONE flavor. If you want to try another flavor you must place a whole other order of 9 for whatever flavor you wish to try - really????? Although the beach area is really nice, we have NEVER seen anyone down there when we have gone. Last night we decided to get our old dog out of the house and take her with us to have dinner on the beach. Well we found out why you never see anyone down there - there is NO service down there. Not even drink service. So whatever you want, you have to go up two flights of stairs to order and carry down yourself. Ok i can handle that, however, when we decided to order dinner, i traipsed up to the bar and ordered and was told we could only get it to go. Ok...i will deal - until i went to get it and they did not provide any plates, napkins, utensils, etc. even though i had told them 4 times (every time i went up to order something else) that i was down at the picnic table. One last thing. Besides no service on the beach area, there is not one trash can to be found! Remember, not only are you drinking while trying to play corn hole (after it took them forever to find the bean bags), but you have styrofoam containers from your food and God forbid your dog does his/her business and you pick that up with a doggy poop bag - no where to put it. Come on!!!! This place is not going to last if they don't change some of their ways. That would be a shame because it has a LOT of potential as a Florida Keys upscale tiki bar that you can get to by land or sea.

One of the best views of the golf I have ever seen. Not really sure if the bartender knew what an orange crush was as he made it with tequila. Even so it was pretty good food is very good definitely worth the stop.

Decent food. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Service could have been quicker but then it was a Friday! The coconut shrimp was very good. But the key lime pie was too sweet without enough lime. Overall good but not 4.5 stars that attracted me to the restaurant.

Awesome lobster bisque. Possibly as good as our northern neighbors. Shrimp were blackened perfectly. Just a little spicy and not caked with blackening. Fantastic view. If you are riding down the keys, this is a great stop.

Love the lobster sliders. Upstairs at the bar overlooks the bay and bridge. They have outside seating ground level and a pier.

Not bad. Food was priced well and we were all happy with our orders. Service was great and the menu wasn't lacking anything. The place was a bit loud though so it was hard to hear each other. I give it 4 stars just cause it was a bit too loud for eating dinner.

It's nice to have a "new" restaurant in this area of the Keys seeing as how between Big Pine and Big Coppitt they are few and far between. I had never been to this establishment when it was formerly "parrottdise" because I had never really heard anything enticing about it. After switching things up and becoming Kiki's Sandbar I heard a lot about it on the radio and from friends. Drove the boat over for brunch on Saturday and at 11:30 am we were the only couple there. Sat at the bar with Kathy who was lovely and nice to chat with seeing as she has been around these parts for over 20 years. The atmosphere was great. Very clean and relaxed, great views. We ordered the roasted pecan and grape chicken salad on a croissant with house made French fries, and the fish tacos (with mimosas and mojitos) everything was really great and the portions were large but not overwhelming. Croissant was fresh, chicken was real (and by real I mean not cookie cutter chunks from a freezer bag), and the dressing of the salad wasn't overwhelming. A nice balance with the grapes and pecans. I would enjoy coming here with friends and having drinks and sharing appetizers because everything on appetizer menu was really appealing!

Bicycling to Key West, stopped for a break. Husband & I shared the Lobster Reuben. EXCELLENT! Highly recommend. Much much better than the one in Marathon at the fisherman. Great service too!

Great spot! Appetizers were the perfect size and delicious! Fish sandwich was amazing and went well with the bombora vodka. Highly recommend this spot, best place in the area!

A perfect spot in the Keys at mile marker 28. We stayed 2 blocks down and this was a perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. There are huge windows that over look the water, the food is fabulous and the staff is friendly. And there is good happy hour specials! A couple must haves include the homemade chips, the fish and chips, fish tacos were fabulous as well! Definitely stop by if you're driving by, or even make a special trip to try it out.

This place is WAY WAY too overpriced. This is coming from a local so I can compare with the other restaurants around. Or at least if they're gonna price their food that high the quality/quantity needs to match. I don't mind paying the extra if its gonna be good. This fell short. First I was just sticker shocked by the menu. I understand it just opened and the menu is small but $9 for a bowl of Lobster bisque?? Anyways I decided to order the fried calamari and the grilled romaine heart salad. My boyfriend ordered the CAB burger. The calamari had no seasoning and we had to douse it with cocktail sauce to give it taste. And for $12 it was quite small. I've seen other local restaurants give you a huge portion and not charge that much. Next, I will say that the grilled romaine heart was very tasty. I would have preferred an extra romaine spear but that's me. My boyfriend said his burger, like the calamari, was lacking seasoning and was small compared to the bun. If you don't believe me on the price, a calamari, burger and grilled romaine heart was $35. Maybe good for snowbirds but locals beware, at least in the early stages of this restaurant, it's not worth your money, at least for the things we ordered.

Delicious!! Right on the water. A little harder to find, but well worth it. Loved the grape and pecan chicken salad served in half a fresh sweet pineapple! My husband had the tuna tower salad and loved it. Service was great too. Highly recommend!!

We went to Kiki's for the first time today and frankly I'm a bit disappointed after all of the good things I've heard. Now I've been coming to this place since it was Parrotdice and The Sandbar before that. Kiki's took over from Parrotdice and didn't seem to change much, which is fine. The location is great with a great view and nice decor. We went for lunch. I ordered the Mahi tacos seared, my girlfriend ordered the lobster rolls (by the suggestion of the waitress who said they were amazing) and we got Miami Vices. When the food came out everything looked good but the tacos were underwhelming. There were two tiny pieces of fish on each one. I ended up making 2 tacos out of the 3 because there was so little fish. The cabbage was bland and the lime "creme" tasted like sour cream mixed with lime juice. On the other hand, the jalapenos were a nice touch and the mango salsa was good. But overall the whole package disappointed me. My gfs lobster rolls were also understuffed for the $22 they cost. It was great that it came with two rolls but it would have been better to put all of the lobster on one roll and left out the extra bread. Also the lobster filling tasted more like tuna salad than Maine lobster. The fries were delicious though. And our waitress was nice but bland. The other table was told about a lunch special that we never were told about. Bacon wrapped meat loaf. I would go back to try dinner but so far I'm not impressed.

Worst dining experience ever!!!! Do not go here. I'm not sure what they did or called the fish they served but I catch and eat fish in Florida on a regular and a mcDonalds fish fillet sandwich would have been better. The $18 Maine lobster mac n cheese was seriously a cup of pasta with cheese and some lobster. And all the cook could say was that piece of fish didn't fair well. Wow. And would you like a piece of key lime pie to make up for it? They should close their doors now and obviously survive on tourist who eat there once. I am now afraid that I will have food poisoning from the scallop appetizer. Terrible

  • Katie L.

Go here a lot with my husband... They have a wonderful blue cheese fondue appetizer and their Tuscan chicken pasta hits the spot. HOWEVER, some of their food not so great and don't compare to the quality of what they are charging. They use instant mashed potatoes and they have the tendency to over cook their meats. The meats are very dry like saw dust. For the prices they are willing to charge, they should at least pay more attention to what they are serving and buy some real potatoes !!!!

  • Sebastian S.

Place is located on a small beach, good selection of beers and bar atmosphere. The prices are a little high in my opinion - the lobster sliders are delicious but come without any sides for about 10 bucks. Meh. Our suggestion: go for the homemade hummus as appetizer,it's out of this world. Seriously. Service was a bit...uneasy? But overall a pleasant experience.

Loved the waiter but the food was awful for the price that you paid never get the lobster mac or the fish tacos the food was made in a microwave very disappointed

Sloooooooooooooooooooooooooow - And Not in the fun, easy-going, wasting-away-again-in-Margaritaville way. Food's ok, and they're nice enough, but they turn lunch into a long-term commitment. Even in good company, the wait is torturous. Seriously, it's two or more hours of your vacation that you will never get back and that could have been spent having fun elsewhere.

This is delicous! Chicken wings are great. Our table had blackened snapper, lobster rolls, grape pecan chicken salad on pineapple. Everything was great!

great neighborhood place to come by boat, car, walk or bike to. Enjoyed the food. Outdoor games provided were volleyball, badminton, and corn hole. Friendly service. Would recommend this place, especially if it is a crowded time around the lower keys. If you have to wait, there is something to do while waiting.

Looking for a lunch spot on our way back up the keys and found this gem on Little Torch Key. Cute bungalow inside and out! Great views of the water. Food was fantastic! Jumbo coconut shrimp for an app which came with a mango dipping sauce. I got the blackened fish sandwich, which happened to be snapper that day. HELLOOOO HEAVEN!! The biggest piece of fish I've ever seen on a sandwich, had to be at least 3 times the size of the roll and cooked to perfection. Flavorful, flaky, and moist! Coleslaw was a great accompaniment. Husband got the mojo pork sandwich which was covered in caramelized onions, YUM! Friendly and quick service, perfect place to stop on your drive to or from Key West. I'll definitely be back!!!

Terrible experience. No consideration for severe allergies. The waitress was completely rude, will not be returning

Absolutely horrible. Walked in and sign says wait to be seated. No hostess. So we walk in to the bar and have a seat. Literally sat there for 10 minutes. Not so much as an acknowledgement. Seems if you are local you get taken care of. I only come down 4 or 5 times a year. It's ok. I'll never set foot in there again. We headed to Boondock's and were greeted and served within seconds of arriving.

Pretty good food. The prices are a bit high but it's the keys after all so it should be expected. I'd highly recommend the snapper sandwich, unbelievable piece of snapper. The chicken club sandwich was also very good. Overall it's a great place. Go for happy hour from 4-6 for great deals.

Awesome food! We came here for dinner after experiencing an unforgettable meal at Little Palm Island the previous night. Our expectations were not super high, but we were very pleasantly surprised. 8 people order apps and dinners. Conch fritters were great ( especially the sauce), tuna and avocado tower was nicely seasoned delicious, peel and eat shrimp were better than average. Blackened fish tacos were raved about by everyone that ordered them (spicy but just what you want in a taco), grilled snapper in sandwiches was perfectly cooked, crab cakes were good (but better when dipped in conch fritter sauce). Overall top notch food in a casual waterfront scene.

The freshest seafood around! Coconut shrimp, fried calamari, snapper sandwich, BAC burger, teriyaki club, avocado tuna, mixed green salad and the best key lime pie ever!! This place hits the spot! Bring in your fresh catch of the day and they'll cook it up for you!

  • Michelle S.

Wow the lobster Reuben and the lobster roll are crazy out of this world good!!!!! You could easily share either one with another person. Great view with indoor, outdoor, beach side seating. Drinks are a bit expensive, but oh well, food and atmosphere made up for it.

RJ and I sat at the bar for 10+ minutes while the bartender walked by, didn't greet us or make eye contact, and ignored us. All he had to do was say hey I'll be right with you, It wasn't crowded or busy. We left and went up the street to Boondocks where the bartender greeted us and took our order the second we sat down. That's how it should be. If I could give a zero, I would.

KiKi's is one of our favorite bars in the lower keys. There is not much competition but KiKi's normally has specials including reverse late night happy hour. There is a dock for water access with chairs to relax overlooking the beautiful keys water. They also have sand volleyball, cornhole, and the hook and ring game outside. My favorite drink is that they have is vodka with fresh squeezed grapefruit. They also have a nice craft beer selection with a few local brews. I hope that they will make it because it seems tough for small local restaurants and we visit the keys several times every year.

Fish sandwich was sooooo bland. Could have been a great sandwich and for the price it should have been. We ended up paying about $50 for two fish sandwiches and two cokes. Never again.

If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out period! The service is great, and the food is always money! This gem is a short ride from Key West, and worth every mile. The Lobster Mac-n-cheese is amazing, the blackened fish is killer, and you will want to come back because you are to full to eat anything else! And you can park your Harley right by the steps leading up to the bar!

My son talked me into trying this place out, and I'm really glad he did! If I don't have a new favorite, this place comes darned close! My only criticism, and it's a minor one is the noise level. I have a slight hearing impediment...tinnitus, and the noise level there made by happy diners making conversation with their dinner mates made it very difficult to communicate with the lovely Heather, our waitress, or with my son. Difficult, but not impossible.....we managed to say what needed to be said. That aside, my son ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and I ordered a salad dish they called the tuna crab tower. But to start things off, I ordered the tuna nachos. They turned out to be substantially different than what I expected, but I'm not complaining.....far from it! We had a small platter of homemade tortilla chips on a bed of radicchio, covered with hearty cubes of fresh raw tuna, and seasoned with a very mild wasabi-like white sauce and a hint of lime. We were in tuna heaven!! The flavors and textures were a perfect mix! In fact, when we learned that we had stumbled into happy hour, with half priced apps, we ordered another round. It was that good! My tuna crab tower was a thing of beauty, both to behold and consume. The ingredients were ultra fresh, and the dressing was out of this world. I was more than pleased. They brought my son more mahi mahi tacos than he could finish, so I got to eat one of those as well. It was accompanied by a mango salsa that was beyond amazing, and the mix of ingredients made for what was easily the best fish taco ever! The service was impeccable. Our server, Heather was attentive and not one bit hard on the eyes. Our glasses of soda pop were never empty, and between Heather and her assistant, we were never lacking for attention despite the place being a full house. I am a motorcycle rider, and this location is the perfect riding distance from my home on Stock Island. I am looking forward to future rides up there to match a great ride with a great meal. With two entrees, and two appetizers, with soft drinks, we got out the door at happy hour at around sixty dollars, including a twenty per cent plus tip, which is what one can expect to pay anywhere in the Keys for an ordinary dinner. This being an extraordinary dining experience, we got great bang-for-the-buck. This is about as good as it gets.

We spent a day biking on Old 7 and stopped at Kiki's for a quick bite and a beer. Sat on the top deck and listened to the Reggae band playing while enjoying the sun and breeze on the deck. We had the Lobster bisque, house made potato chips and the grilled Romaine salad with the snapper. The Lobster bisque was fantastic, the salad and snapper were obviously fresh and the chips were also very good. Its was a great keys vibe - 85 degrees, sunny with a light breeze. Cold beer, live music and great food - fantastic Sunday!

The food is quite overpriced for what you get, honestly I enjoyed a burger from Wendy's more than the burger here. I feel like almost all the food they make I can cook better at home and I've had no professional chef training at all... So that doesn't speak too well of the tastiness of the food. Nice view however. Also we have a baby and they sat us at the back table next to the restrooms away from the other guests... I guess they just assumed she would be bad or something but honestly she's very well behaved at restaurants, I even mentioned to the server "oh you sat us here one time before too" and she said "oh yes this is our baby table"... So another words if you have a kid and come to eat here expect to be treated not as great as the other guests....

When we arrived we waited probably 5-10 minutes just for the hostess to come to her stand, many crew members walked by but no one would seat us. After we were seated and ordered drinks it took another 10 minutes for the waitress to even come take our order. We ordered two drinks off the cocktail menu that were very good, the rum punch and the berry lemonade. We had the calamari as an appetizer and it was very good. For dinner we had the lobster Ruben and the lobster salad rolls. The dinner was very good! Both options tasted very fresh! I would recommend both options! The view is pretty, try to sit by the windows if possible. The food was very good, just the service could use improvement.

The food was very good! However, the service was horrible! No one smiled and everyone was In a rush. We even asked the server to slow down and he didn't! We pointed out that he had taken a drink before it was finished and he put an empty glass on the table and said it was ours- it wasn't! So sad because we were there earlier this week and it was great! We won't be going back!

We heard about Kiki's shortly before vacationing in Florida and then heading over to Mexico. We stopped by to try them on our way down to Key West and we're pleasantly surprised! My boyfriend (a chef for 20 years) and I decided to go for several small plates instead of two main courses. We started with the lobster bisque which was phenomenal! Worth every penny you pay! (I'm pretty sure I licked the bowl!) then we moved on to the calamari...I myself am not a fan having tried it several times before unhappily due to texture issues. This calami was cooked perfectly! No rubbery texture and surprisingly melt in your mouth!! Now, on to the chorizo and blue cheese fondue..we're it not for the lobster Reuben, yes I just said that, this would have made my meal. Delicious blue cheese melted with slices of chorizo equalled out to be one of the best fondues I think I've ever had. Next came the lobster Reuben....oh my gosh!!! This sandwich was AMAZING! Huge chunks of lobster mean with soft delicious bread, it couldn't get any better! After I finished my sandwich I had a piece of meat left over almost the size of a whole lobster tail that had fallen out! By far the best food I've had. We loved it so much we came back for dinner again before we left the keys two days later! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and trying them out! You won't be disappointed!

Best meal I've had in the Keys in the 17 years I've been vacationing here. Everything was excellent. My son said the lobster bisque was the best soup he's ever had. I thought it was right up there. The view was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive (though we had to remind them about the soup). And after dinner we walked out on the pier and saw a bonnet head shark.

As we made our way down to Key West, we stopped at Kiki's for a quick bite. We started the meal with the lobster bisque soup. I am a lobster bisque fanatic and when I tried their soup I was in heaven. By far the best lobster bisque in the Keys and if not the best lobster bisque I have ever had. We tried lobster bisque in Key West and on the way back up in Islamorada, but nothing compared. It's a must-have. The service was great as well.

  • BB S.

The atmosphere and setting was great! The service was very good and staff friendly. The food was pretty good, but not the very best. The Mahi Mahi dinner was good. The Mahi tacos were good. The conch fritters didn't have much flavor. If they didn't come with that delicious mango sauce, we probably wouldn't have finished one each. The key lime pie was not the best we've had, but decent. The chocolate topping didn't do it any favors in my opinion. The chocolate masked the lime.

Food was good, bathrooms were clean, view and atmosphere was great, AnnMarie our waitress was great. Check, check, check and check... We had conch fritters with spicy habanero sauce, lobster bisque and mahi taco's. Everything was fresh and tasty. We will be back!
